FAQs

Is the workout beginner-friendly?

Our First-Timer Sessions are perfect for beginners. There we focus on the foundations of your rowing technique at a comfortable pace, with expert guidance and a mix of rowing and floor exercises. You'll build a strong foundation before moving on to more intense workouts. This will give you confidence for faster and more intense sequences in other class formats.

Generally, our workouts are designed for all fitness levels. Be motivated by our coaches but choose your own pace. Our coaches will offer exercise variations from easy to challenging.

Do you have a first-time deal offer?

We do offer an Intro Deal that gives you credit for 2 sessions for the price of 1. We recommend to use your first credit for a First-Timer Session.

Are your classes held in English or German?

Our classes are generally held in German, but no worries if you’re more comfortable in English - our coaches are fluent and happy to switch or provide guidance in English whenever needed.

What should I bring?

Indoor sports shoes, a water bottle and a towel. We provide high quality body care products (shampoos, body cleanser, hand & body cream, deodorants, etc.) to make your experience as comfortable and refreshing as possible

When do I need to arrive to the studio?

Our doors open 15 minutes before class. No need to arrive much sooner as our coaches are busy with preparations and/or previous participants.

Our doors close 5min before class start.

What if I run late?

Our doors are locked after the class has started. For safety reasons our trainers can’t accept latecomers.

Why is our strict arrival policy so important?

Punctuality ensures that all participants have adequate time for introductions and warum-up exercises, reducing the risk of injury during workouts. Also our coaches are not allowed to leave participants unsupervised during the workout.

Starting on time also maintains the integrity of the sessions, ensuring that participants receive the full benefit of the class without interruptions. Being on time shows respect for your fellow participants who arrive on time and pay for uninterrupted sessions, fostering a positive and respectful studio environment.

Allowing late arrivers can set a precedent for further tardiness, potentially disrupting future classes and impacting the experience for all participants.

Please acknowledge that we cannot refund classes for being late. We get that sometimes life happens and you can’t make it, but please understand our responsibility as a studio to create the safest and best possible experience for everyone.

Do your facilities have showers and lockers?
